Scope of caregiver services
Care On Call caregiver arrangements provide non-clinical support only. Caregivers do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe, change or administer medication beyond reminder support, perform clinical or nursing procedures, or provide ambulance or emergency response.
Quotations and agreements
Every arrangement’s scope, schedule, pricing, inclusions and exclusions are confirmed in writing before care begins. Published rates may change; the rate in your written quotation applies.
Replacement guarantee
On active Care On Call caregiver arrangements, if you are not satisfied with your assigned caregiver we will arrange a better-suited replacement within 24 hours. Full terms are set out in your service agreement.
Availability
Availability and start dates are confirmed at booking. We do not guarantee same-day placement or specific health outcomes.
