When you submit a form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, country, your relationship to the person needing care, their name and age, location, the type of care needed and any notes you choose to share. We also record the date, your IP address and browser type to protect against misuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, assess care needs, prepare quotations, arrange and manage care, and send service messages by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Health information
Details about a person’s health or care needs are sensitive. Share only what is needed for us to understand the support required. Access is limited to staff who coordinate care.
Who we share it with
We share information only with caregivers and clinical providers involved in delivering the agreed care, and with service providers that help us operate (such as our website host, email and SMS delivery providers), under appropriate confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide care and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
