From families of our residents

My 75-year-old mother, a post-pneumonia COPD patient, was under the care of Ceylon Serenity Care for two months. Because of vocal cord paralysis, she arrived requiring a feeding tube. My first impression of the staff was excellent, because they were incredibly knowledgeable about handling complex cases like hers.

The staff is exceptionally professional and highly skilled in managing complicated medical conditions. Thanks to their dedicated medical support, my mother was able to transition off her feeding tube and return to eating normally within just one month. Even after her discharge, the staff continued to offer advice whenever I called with questions.

My mother is a dementia and bed-ridden 89-year-old patient, and a very difficult person to handle. When I faced the recent floods I was helpless — who could look after my mother while we moved from our home? I called a few places and the one that took my mind was Ceylon Serenity Care: a homely environment, cleanliness and price. Most important is the nurse care from the time you enter the gate. Thank you for looking after my mother for more than 10 days just like your own. She never felt she was out of home.

Finding the right care for a loved one is never easy. I visited to explore options for my cousin's adult care needs and was truly amazed. The moment I stepped in, I felt the warmth and safety of a home environment — the highest level of cleanliness, professional and competent staff, and genuine compassionate care.
